LOVE these holders--a MUST! 03/20/2012

I have been looking for a set of holders for our colored pencils in our classroom, and these have more than fit the bill! They are petite in size (great for kids) and yet hold so many pencils! They are crafted of a durable, natural wood and very smooth, with a large painted circle on the front. The whole holder appears to be varnished or sealed, too, to protect the wood and the painted colored circle. The wells are deep and we have had no issues with tipping over. I am impressed with the variety of colors so kids can really narrow down and identify the proper holder in which to place pencils. My kids love organizing their pencils now and are quick to do so when they are finished using them! These would be nice for any child to have, not just those in a classroom!

These little wooden boxes hold up to 18 colored pencils or 9 jumbos (tightly, not comfortably) and are marked with painted colored circles to make them easy for the kids to keep the colored pencils organized. These are very smooth, so no slivers, and haven't been tippy at all.
