U.S. Customers
 

The standard shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the check out page before customers submit the order and payment. Customers may also obtain a shipping quote at the shopping cart page by inputting the destination zip code. Please disregard the website shipping quote if your order contains furniture items. Our customer service representative will contact you after obtaining the actual shipping cost from the freight company based on the weight and dimension of your order. We encourage customers to contact us for a shipping quote before any furntiure orders are placed.

The normal in-house processing time is 3-5 business days, plus FedEx delivery which takes 3-7 business days depends on the shipping destination within the continental 48 states. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will arrive within 2-3 weeks. Peak season (June - September) order processing and delivery time may take upto 3 weeks. Due to FedEx shipping restriction, we do not ship to APO/FPO/AEO addresses. Please double check your shipping address before you submit the order. Customers will be reponsible for a $10 address modification surcharge by the shipping carrier once we ship out your order.

Customer requesting signature proof needs to notify our customer service within 24 hours after the order is placed and be responsible for extra $3 per carton charged by FedEx. We will bill you separately upon shipping your order if a signature proof is requested. Customer must ensure an adult from your school or family is available to receive the order at the time of delivery. Otherwise, FedEx will not release the package and customer will be responsible for extra redelivery charges from FedEx. (Please be advised: If no signature proof is requested, FedEx will leave the package outside of your front door when no one is available to accept the package at the time of delivery. In such case, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen package when a customer is not choosing signature proof nor being available to receive the package.)

If you are a U.S. customer who needs expedited shipping services, please contact us immediately after you place the order. The cost for the expedited service may varies depending on the service you request. Expedited service may not be available for certain locations and out-of stock items. Expedited service is not available for any furniture items.

Note: Christmas Season shopping cut-off date is December, 11th. Orders placed before Dec. 11th will arrive before Christmas, anything after Dec. 11th will not be delivered until after the Holidays!

 

International Customers
 
If you are Canadian customers, please visit our new Canada website by visiting ca.montessorioutlet.com. Your order will be processed by our Canada branch.

If you are an international customers with shipping addresses outside of the United States and Canada, your order will be shipped via USPS or FedEx International Economy without creating customs clearance problems in your country.

International shipping quote from our website is for customer's reference only. International customers will be responsible for the actual shipping fee, handling fee, and broker fee charged by FedEx, as well as customs duties charged by your local Customs House. Please consult your local Custom House or broker firm to see if "Montessori Educational Materials" are "Duty-Free" items in your country. If so, please obtain a Duty Refund Form from your local Customs House.
