When you log into your account, you will see the number of reward points
you have received for every confirmed shipment.
How do I redeem the reward points?
When you make any purchase, you will be given the option of applying the
reward points toward your purchase. You are in control of when and how
you want to use your points.
How much are the reward points worth?
You can redeem 100 points for $1.00 credit toward any purchase. Returned
items decrease your point balance accordingly.
Are there any restrictions?
Your points can constitute up to 100% of any purchase on the check out
subtotal after any discount but before the tax and shipping fee. For example, on
a $20.00 subtotal before tax and shipping, you can receive a maximum $20.00 discount from
points. You will keep your remaining points for future purchases.
Is there a cost associated with participating in this program?
No. Registration is FREE and all registered users are enrolled
automatically in the program.
When are the points applied to my account?
- Registration Points are applied after you set up your account and are available for you to apply to your first order.
- Purchase Points are applied to your account after the order is completely shipped.
- Referral Points are applied to your account after your referral has set up an account and after the first order is shipped (Internet orders only).
- Product Review Points are applied to your account after our staff approves your review (Internet reviews only).
