Since the introduction of the new premium quality materials in March
2007, we've received wide recognition for our new premium quality
materials. We are dedicated to providing the very best Montessori
materials at affordable prices. We also welcome any suggestions to
further improve the design and quality of our products.
Quality:
Since 3/1/2007, Montessori Outlet no longer carries outlet-quality
materials. Instead, Montessori Outlet is glad to offer our customers the
premium-quality materials at outlet prices.
Premium Montessori materials are only sold by industry leading companies
such as Nienhuis Montessori and Montessori Outlet. They are excellent
quality materials made of Beechwood with perfect finishing.
All of the Montessori Outlet products are made from brand-new raw
materials imported from Europe and North America to our subsidiary
factory in Shanghai. The imported raw materials include Beechwood from
Germany, Baltic birch plywood from Russia, and water-based finishes from
Canada. All of our materials are brand new and have never been used.
They are safe and durable.
Safety:
Safety is always the number one priority at Montessori Outlet. We test
all of our premium quality Montessori materials at the German Rheinland
Laboratory and have passed all tests based on the United States CPSIA
HR4040 Safety Law and the ASTM-F963 Toy Safety Standards, as well as the
European Union EN-71 Toy Safety Standards.
Our factory may be the only one in the industry implementing Water-Based
Finishing technology. Water-Based Finishing is currently the most
advanced painting technology which is strongly promoted by the European
Union because it is considered to be Heavy Metal chemical free (lead
free, non-toxic) and environmentally friendly.
Purchasing all of our lumbers from FSC and PEFC certified mill and
following the CARB standard has helped Montessori Outlet become the only
Montessori supplier who offers GREEN Montessori materials.
Compatibility:
Since March 2007, all of our products are made based on the authentic
blueprints approved by Mr. Bert Nienhuis. All of our new premium
materials are compatible with Nienhuis materials.
